Industrial Sewing Technician

Location: Cocoa, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience

About the Role:
We’re not here to crank out cookie-cutter seats — we build custom. As an Industrial Sewing Technician at ButtRaxx, you’ll be a key part of crafting some of the best-looking, longest-lasting boat seats in the game. This isn’t your average factory gig — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, durability, and getting things done right the first time.

what you'll be doing

  • Sew and assemble vinyl, embroidery, and high-performance materials for airboat and flats boat seats.
  • Read design specs, match stitch patterns, and follow layouts from start to finish.
  • Handle industrial sewing machines with confidence.
  • Maintain equipment and workspace for quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our design and build teams to make each seat one-of-a-kind.

What We're Looking for

  • 1+ year industrial sewing experience (marine or upholstery preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail — sloppy doesn’t cut it
  • Comfortable working with heavier fabrics, patterns, and foam
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new materials/stitch styles
  • Team player who takes pride in a job well done
